ABOUT ME:
I am passionate about helping people get what they want. I always have been. With a background in education, art/design and marketing, I have learned over the years that I can combine all my talents and skills to create a wonderful, fulfilling career. Real estate has been a perfect avenue in which I can utilize my strengths and live my passion which is helping people get what they want. So whether you are buying a new home, selling a treasured one, or are looking for investment opportunities, my goal is to provide exceptional service and facilitate win-win transactions. BACKGROUND:
I am a second generation Coloradan. I was born in the same hospital in which my mother was born in Fort Collins, Colorado and she still lives there. My dad was in real estate as well as both of my grandfathers. They all taught me about the intrigue of real estate; including the factors that make each property unique, such as location, pricing, economical impacts, floor plans, features, functionality, repairs, remodels, etc. I think I was hooked early on. Since then, I have had many life transitions and a few other careers. All of these careers and life transitions helped prepare me for the amazing world of real estate. It is a career in which I can utilize my strengths, work on my weaknesses and express my passion, but it also allows (and I believe requires) me to be the best me that I am capable of being. I live each day knowing that I will have an opportunity to learn and grow and improve my skills of being a better, kinder, more compassionate and understanding human being (and realtor!)
I am continually seeking to expand my expertise in Real Estate in Denver. As a former teacher, I guess I am kind of a geek about education. I am continually taking classes and speaking to other experts in real estate to increase my knowledge and ensure I am current on all facets of the business that are continually changing. I feel it is mandatory for my clients’ sake to always maintain an outstanding level of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the real estate transaction process –from the legal side to the human side.
